Step 1
Before you start painting your model, you need to find the right color products. Step 2
Pre-assembly is required before painting. When combining different parts into one model, it is necessary to pay great attention to those parts that cannot be painted in the assembled state. For example, seats in a car or fenders on an airplane. Therefore, they should be dealt with first, first paint and dry, and then attach to the rest of the parts.
Step 3
Prepare parts for painting. First you need to polish all surfaces of the parts. For this, a variety of animal skins are used, which can be bought both in the model store and elsewhere. Polishing can be considered complete when, when you slide your fingers, you do not feel glue and various roughness.

When using acrylic paints, the first applied layer is covered with colorless varnish, after which the rest of the parts are painted.

Final processing is when different emblems can be applied to a painted and varnished model, to give the appearance of antiquity, and so on. It is at this stage that all the adhesive tape glued to the transparent parts is removed, and they, in turn, are rubbed to a shine.
