Hip-hop performer Timati is currently engaged not only in music, but also as a producer, founder of the Black Star brand, and an entrepreneur. The singer's income is growing at a cosmic speed due to his high efficiency and incredible popularity.
Musical career
For the first time in musical activity, Timati tried himself at the age of 14, in 2000 he performed back-MC with the then popular rapper Detsl. Thinking about his solo career, the young man decided to take part in the "Star Factory" project. In 2004, he was cast for this program and got into the fourth season.
In this project, Timati did not become a winner, but the viewer really liked his creativity, an excellent creative streak. Therefore, this hip-hop artist was one of the most popular alumni of the program.
It was at the "Star Factory" that the "Banda" group was organized, which did not last long. But, having gained experience of performing on the big stage, and also already having an army of fans, Timati decided to organize the Black Star label.
Since 2006, Timati began to organize his solo career, while promoting the Black Star music brand on his own.
In 2017, Timati organized the Olympus tour, for which his total income was 180,000 euros.
At the time of 2018, for one of his concerts, Timati received 15,000 euros for a performance in Russia and 18-20,000 euros for a program in Europe. At the same time, 20% of this income goes to the remuneration of his team.

Until 2012, the Black Star label meant only a music and production center. The company's annual income did not exceed $ 1 million. Of the many artists who went through the promotion, only the rapper Djigan became famous, who in 2014 bought his contract and left the label.
That is why the owners of the brand, headed by Timati and his friend Pasha, decided to stake not on music, but on more paid, profitable and promising areas:

- clothing line;
- a chain of burger restaurants;
- barbershops and tattoo parlors;
- marketing in the field of show business;
- a game production company;
- car wash.
To promote the business, the company invited a star consultant Ilya Kusakin, who helped to establish business processes in Black Star, thereby bringing the label to an incredible level. Additionally, Pasha and Timati were able to attract a new co-founder to the business - Evgeny Zubitsky, who was a co-owner of the Industrial and Metallurgical Holding. And for the vacancy of the creative director, Timati accepted Viktor Abramov, who was one of the most experienced managers in the promotion of rap singers.
Currently, a non-profit organization is hiding under the Black Star brand, while Timati himself owns 30% of the shares, and the rest are divided between his co-founders.
Timati receives his main money not from performances, but from the activities of Black Star, deductions from the activities of the company make up 60% of the rapper's income. Additionally, a franchise from the Black Star brand is sold, which is a good cash flow.
Black Star promotes 13 artists, the most popular among them: Yegor Creed, Mot, L One. For each performance of the musicians, part of the profit goes to the holders of the label's shares, including Timati.
The restaurant business of the Black Star label also generates a very impressive income. Now burger shops are located in the largest cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Perm, Yekaterinburg, etc. The total monthly income of the entire chain is 45 million rubles, and 30% of this amount goes directly to Timati's wallet.
The network of barbershops is also developing well, the average cost of a haircut in a salon is 2,000 rubles, while about 60 clients are served per day. The profit from the tattoo parlor is about 10 million rubles. 0 per month, and this is clearly not the limit, because the appointment with the masters is scheduled for a month in advance.
Other income
Timati never gives up the opportunity to earn more money. The star received 15 million rubles for advertising and using his name in a commercial for the Tantum Verde cough spray. At the same time, advertising turned out to be insanely successful, sales of the drug went up sharply, so Timati also received his percentage from the company's turnover.
Since advertising turned out to be quite a profitable business, Timati, together with Grigory Leps, took part in the video of the sausage "Good Deed", for which he received an additional 10 million rubles in his piggy bank.
Additionally, Timati is actively promoting her Instagram account, selling 5-20 places per month for advertising posts. And this additionally brings the rapper about 15 million rubles a year, based on the fact that one post costs about 100 thousand rubles.
Timati earned and promoted his name, and now he makes money on his person and the Black Star label. At the same time, he calmly refers to envious people, ill-wishers who are constantly trying to denigrate him. The rapper believes that it was his ability to work, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit that helped him achieve such an incredible level of income.
In 2018, Timati was included in the lists of Forbes magazine as one of the highest paid Russian music performers with an annual income of $ 4.5 million. This amount brought the singer an honorable 17th place, but everyone understands that Timati is not going to stop there.
