A slideshow with musical accompaniment is a visual multimedia display of an idea or any project. It allows you to get much more information in a minimum period of time than from an ordinary story. A very good presentation can be created using Power Point, which is included in the standard office suite from Microsoft Office. Its creation does not take much time and effort.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, open the required presentation file to which you want to add music. As soon as it is loaded, immediately go to the slide, during which you should play the music of your choice.
Step 2
After that, in the main menu of the program, select the "Insert" tab, and on the ribbon in the "Media Clips" group, which is located on the right side of the ribbon. Then click on the item "Sound" and in the list that opens, select the item "Sound from file".
Step 3
Next, in the "Insert Sound" window from the "Folder" drop-down list, select the disk and the folder where the file with the musical composition to be added to the presentation is located. Click on the name of the selected file and press the "OK" button.
Step 4
In the "Microsoft Office PowerPoint" window that opens, select exactly how the added musical fragment will be played in the presentation. If you click the "Automatic" button, then the piece of music will play automatically after navigating to the containing slide. If you click the On Click button, then the piece of music will only play after you click the mouse.
Step 5
After you add a music file, a corresponding icon will appear on the selected slide. Click on the icon of a musical fragment, after which the "Working with sounds" panel will appear in the main menu of the program.
Step 6
Adjust the music playback options. On the "Working with sounds" panel, you can adjust the parameters of the selected musical fragment, that is, adjust the volume, select the method and mode of its playback.
Step 7
Once all the steps are completed in the required sequence, the selected music will be added to your selected slide. Press the "F5" button on your keyboard and watch the resulting slideshow with sound.
