The main thing here is to catch the rhythm and press the colored keys on a special game guitar in time. Despite the fact that the choice of songs is quite large and varied, every player at least once thought about expanding it even more.

Instructions
Step 1
It is quite easy to add your song to Guitar Hero 3, the main thing is not to use files with variable bitrate and multichannel.ogg files.
Before adding songs to the shared list, be sure to back up your Aspyr folder somewhere safe.
Step 2
Go to the folder where the game is installed, usually C: / Program Files / Aspyr / Guitar hero III / DATA / PAK and make copies of the qb.pab.xen and qb.pak.xen files. You will need these files if you want to restore the previous settings, it will be enough just to copy these two files back to the Data / PAK folder.
Step 3
Patch the installed Guitar Hero 3 to v.1.1.
Step 4
Download and extract GH3 PC Editor to any folder. Next download Lame.exe and MP3info and extract both files into the same folder as GH3 PC Editor.
Step 5
Launch GH3 PC Editor via Songlist_editor.exe. In the window that opens, select File -> Open. The program itself will select the folder with GH3, click OK, after which a list with songs should appear in the left field.
Step 6
In the lower left corner, click the insert song button and write the name of the song in the window that appears. Next, in the Guitar Track, Song Track and Rhytm Track fields, insert your song file in MP3 format. Add your.mid file to the Midi File line, and fill in the Artist and Song name lines. Then click ok, and the program itself will convert the mp3 file to the GH3 format. After that, your song should appear in the general list.
Step 7
Press the Edit Setlist button and in the Set List line that opens, select the Bonus Songs section. And in the Songs Per Tier line, press the up arrow, this will increase the number of songs. The line Slowride should appear at the very end of the list, select it.
Step 8
In the Song section of the same window, select the song you added and click OK, and then File -> Save. Then a warning will pop up that you are overwriting important files. Click OK.
Step 9
Restart the game, then go to the Options-Cheats menu and double-click the green button. Then click Quickplay -> Bonus Songs and scroll through the list to the very end. Your song should be there. Select it and play.
