The originality and uniqueness of things create details. A hand-made pom-pom will give a playful look to a hat or beret. And it is very simple to make it, even if not everyone seems so at first glance.
It is necessary
- For option one: thick woolen threads, lurex, scissors, threads, a needle, a piece of fabric;
- For option two: fabric of the required color, any padding material, threads, a needle, scissors;
- For option three: threads, hook, needle, scissors.
Instructions
Step 1
A pompom made of lurex and threads can enliven a headdress made of black fabric. Take thick woolen threads, cut them into pieces corresponding to the required size of the accessory. Do the same with lurex. Collect the "bouquet" from the received blanks. Secure with thick thread at the base. Trim the base of the pompom with a cloth that matches the color of the headdress. This is necessary so that the structure does not fall apart. Now sew the finished pom-pom to your hat or beret.
Step 2
Take a square piece of fabric in the color you want. Roll the padding into a ball. Place it in the middle of the patch. Now tie the fabric like a sack with a string. Cut off the excess edge at the base, work over the edges. Sew the resulting pom-pom to the headdress.
Step 3
Prepare several knitted round blanks of different sizes. Fold one on top of the other. The biggest one should be at the bottom. Fasten together in the middle. Now, starting with the smallest, collect them with a thread and a needle in the "bud". It should look like a flower. When everything is ready, sew the resulting accessory to the hat.
