You can always find a use for everything. Even the remains of a wooden slat are no exception - you can make a small hanger for small things from them.
It is necessary
- - wooden lath 4 cm wide;
- - finishing nails - 10 pcs 1, 2 x 20 mm;
- - wooden clothespins - 5 pcs;
- - a small can of tea;
- - self-tapping screws for wood - 1 pc;
- - white acrylic paint;
- - multi-colored acrylic paint;
- - hot melt glue;
- - jigsaw;
- - a hammer;
- - ruler;
- - pencil;
- - screwdriver;
- - sandpaper.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first you need to cut the necessary parts from the rail: 5 strips of 4x17 centimeters and 2 strips of 2x40 centimeters. All short parts need to be sharpened with a jigsaw on one side, that is, cut off the corners. At the end of cutting the workpieces, sand them with sandpaper to remove irregularities and roughness.
Step 2
The resulting parts must be painted with white acrylic paint. Use different colors to color the clothespins.
Step 3
Now you need to assemble the future hanger for small items. To do this, use nails to attach short strips to long ones so that they are at the same distance.
Step 4
To make it convenient to attach clothespins to the hanger, you need to disassemble them. Nail them with the side where the spring is, then collect.
Step 5
Make a hole in the tea can so that it is 0.5 centimeters below the edge. Now, through the resulting hole, attach the jar to the craft using a self-tapping screw. To prevent the lower part from dangling, glue it on hot melt glue. It remains to nail the product to the wall. The hanger for small items is ready!
