Of course, cosmetics can be hidden in a cosmetic bag, a cell phone - in a side compartment of a bag, bills - in a wallet. Only there is no room for a button that accidentally came off on the road, for a couple of pins - just in case, and in general for a simple trifle in the form of coins. Dedicate your free time to creativity and make a pocket for small items that will definitely come in handy.

Instructions
Step 1
Take an old leather item: skirt, jacket, bag. Use scissors to cut two rectangles in a softer area. The dimensions of the first part are 6 cm by 10 cm, and the second one is 6 by 15 cm. The edges of the two rectangles can be processed with zigzag or any other curly scissors.
Step 2
Attach the smaller piece to the larger piece, then sew the side and bottom seams. It is better to use threads of a slightly lighter shade to give originality to the accessory. Bend the long edge of the back part like a flap and round off with scissors. To keep the flap tight, use a metal button or Velcro tape. In the second case, the seams on the front side must be decorated. Attach rhinestones with a metal base to the skin or set helnitens.
Step 3
Use an unwanted pair of jeans to create a pocket for small items. Carefully trace the finished jeans pocket along the contour, leaving a 1 centimeter allowance around the perimeter. Use scissors to cut the part, and then open the pocket itself from the base fabric so as not to leave strong punctures and tears. Remove the excess threads, then steam off the two received parts with an iron.
Step 4
Fold the back of the pocket inward to the wrong side. Place the front piece against the back piece and baste so that the hem stays inside and covers the raw edge. Sew on the sewing machine. You can attach a short zipper with a beautiful decorative lock to your pocket, or use a button as a fastener.
Step 5
A beautiful accessory will come from unopened pockets from ready-made unnecessary bags. Processing and decoration are carried out by analogy with the above methods. Cut different shapes for making pockets: round, oval, square or rectangular. If the base is rounded, then you will need a zip fastener along the entire contour, as well as a loop for a handle, so that this accessory is comfortable to wear on your hand. When making pockets from knitted fabric, make edging from braid, tape or edging made of leatherette. Thus, the accessory will become not only comfortable and durable, but also stylish.
