The most important thing in gift wrapping is color and attractiveness. The box should be beautiful and neat, and the bow should be lush. But there are so many types of bows, which one to choose? You decide. We will just introduce you to some of the bows and how they are tied.

Instructions

Step 1

A terry bow looks impressive and elegant if you take a hard ribbon that keeps its shape well. How to tie a terry bow? Roll the ribbon into several rings around the diameter of the future bow. Smooth out the loops, make diagonal cuts on them. Roll the loops again so that the cut triangles are in the center of the folded strips of fabric lying in front of you. Pull the slits with a wire or a ribbon and begin to straighten the ribbons one by one on each side of the bow, starting with the inner ones: the first to the right, the second to the left, and so on. Fluff up the bow.

Step 2

Strict bow. Fold the tape in half. Fix the junction of the ends of the tape with adhesives and smooth it out by hand. Take a small piece of tape (not necessarily the same color) to wrap around an unsightly joint. Glue the ends of the second ribbon from the back of the bow. The bow is ready.

Step 3

The tiered bow is tied like this: take three pieces of tape, different in color and width. Cut them so that the widest piece is the longest, and the shortest is the narrowest. Now form the ends of the bow. Tie the folded pieces together with another piece of tape, leaving the long ends to secure the tiered bow to the gift bag.

Step 4

For a two-tone bow, first use wide and narrow ribbons of different colors. First form a loop from a wide tape, fastening its ends with glue, then do the same with a narrow tape overlaid on a wide one. Iron the resulting "sandwich" with your hands and fix it from the inside with glue or a paper clip in the center. In its final form, the bow is formed with a third ribbon. It should be long enough to tie the bow to the gift box.

Step 5

The last bow we are considering is the Dior bow. Some people note that this bow is a sophisticated version of the strict bow. Glue the rings, made up of pieces of tape of different lengths. Then connect these rings together with glue or a stapler. The bow is already halfway done. Place it on a base ribbon with the ends cut out. Now mask the paperclip with a small piece of tape, gluing the ends of the bow with its wrong side.
