Even the most sophisticated fashionistas can envy modern clothes for dogs. Indeed, in the wardrobe of the four-legged there are dresses, and shorts, and pants, and even overalls. However, the owners of the dogs do not always buy these clothes for them. After all, it is very expensive. Therefore, women needlewomen try to sew original new clothes for their pets themselves.

Instructions
Step 1
Start with a pattern. Consider the fact that the dog's clothes should not interfere, hinder its movements and must be sized to fit. Otherwise, your dachshund will simply not be able to walk down the street, and all efforts will be in vain. First, find on the Internet or build yourself a suitable pattern. In order for your pattern to be correct, take measurements from the dog. It is recommended to determine the length as follows: using a centimeter, measure the distance from the collar to the tail. This will be the main length of the product. Do not forget to leave space for the hole when building the pattern, through which the dog will satisfy its natural needs.
Step 2
After you have cut the finished pattern, try it on directly on the dog. To do this, you just need to wrap it around the body. If there are imperfections, correct them with scissors. Now you can transfer the pattern to the fabric.
Step 3
Lay out the paper parts of the pattern on the fabric, secure with tailor's needles. Now mark out the material, taking into account 1-2 cm of seam allowances. Cut out the blanks and start sweeping them together. Next, you need some kind of fastener. Since this product is for an animal, which means that it can twist and slide off, it is best to strengthen the edges of the jumpsuit with a special tape.
Step 4
The slots for the legs must necessarily be made in the form of arches, but it is advisable to cut their edges in several places. When stitching the body of the jumpsuit and the leg pieces, this will help you to avoid the fabric puckering up. This means that he will not bristle and pull too.
Step 5
The product has not yet been sewn for finishing, try it on. If there are any problems (for example, the legs are too long), then at this stage they can still be easily corrected. Once you are satisfied that everything is in order, proceed with finishing sewing.
Step 6
Now all that remains is to insert locks or buttons where necessary. And also equip your four-legged friend with fashionable boots - and you can go for a walk.
