It is no coincidence that the Christmas tree is called a forest beauty. Tall, slender and lush, it is she who creates the New Year's mood. Her silhouette can be seen on holiday cards, Christmas and New Year panels. You can draw a Christmas tree with colored pencils, paints, crayons, ink. It's better to start with a simple pencil sketch.
It is necessary
- - paper:
- - a picture with a picture of a Christmas tree;
- - solid simple pencil;
- - watercolors, gouache or wax crayons;
- - eraser.
Instructions
Step 1
The Christmas tree is a tall tree, so it is better to put the leaf vertically. Of course, if you are going to draw a round dance or a scene from a fairy tale, the position of the paper depends on the overall composition. Draw a straight vertical line in the middle of the sheet. Step back a little from the bottom edge of the sheet and draw a horizontal line.
Step 2
Take a close look at the picture of the Christmas tree. This tree has a thin, sharp top, and the branches at the top are shorter and thinner than those below. If you imagine a tree on a plane, it fits perfectly into a triangle. The first thing to do is to draw it. From the point where the lines you drawn intersect, set aside equal segments to the right and left. Connect their ends to the upper point of the vertical line.
Step 3
A Christmas tree can be drawn in several ways. The stylized tree consists of several triangles. Divide the vertical line into several segments. The topmost one will also be the shortest. The length of the line segments increases as you approach the horizontal line. Draw lines perpendicular to the centerline through the marks. They must end on the sides of the triangle.
Step 4
If you are going to make an applique, this sketch may be enough. However, even a stylized Christmas tree can be more interesting if the ends of the horizontal lines are connected with arcs, the convex parts of which are directed downward. It is even better if the arcs are drawn with teeth. At the bottom, you can draw a piece of the trunk - a rectangle protruding a centimeter or two beyond the edge of the lower branches. You just have to paint your tree and draw toys on it.
Step 5
On the basis of the triangle, you can also draw a Christmas tree, which will be much more similar to the real one. With a hard pencil, draw a triangle and draw perpendiculars to the centerline, as in the previous method. Use the same pencil to outline the directions of the branches. The topmost one looks up, it is alone, and a spire or star is put on it. It starts from about the middle of the upper vertical segment. From the same point, draw a few more lines in different directions so that they do not go beyond the triangle.
Step 6
In the following triangles, also draw lines in different directions. There should not be many segments - 5-7 will be enough. They represent lines diverging from an imaginary trunk.
Step 7
Draw the outlines of your tree. It is best to do this in zigzag lines without coming off. Draw such lines around all the straight lines that indicate the direction of the branches. Do not forget that the tips of the needles are directed towards the ends of the branches, and not towards the trunk. The uppermost branches will also be the thinnest.
