It is possible and necessary to teach the child creativity and manual labor in the family, even if the child is taking such classes in a kindergarten or school. In educational and educational institutions, children are taught according to the plan, without taking into account their hobbies and desires.
It is necessary
- - glue;
- - colored paper;
- - cardboard;
- - oilcloth;
- - children's scissors;
- - a box or box with many compartments.
Instructions
Step 1
Basic knowledge of how to handle plasticine, glue, colored paper and other craft material is given to a child in kindergarten. If your toddler does not visit the garden, you will have to take on teaching him creativity and making crafts. Classes at home can be much more beneficial because you are not limited in time for the lesson and you know what your child is hobbying for.
Step 2
You can start a craft-making game right during a walk. Walking through the park, collect and instruct your child to find natural materials for crafts: interesting twigs and roots, carved leaves, cones, acorns, pebbles. Place them carefully at home in a separate basket or box. At the same time, teach your baby to be neat and tidy - lay out all the collected material in the cells, so that later you can easily find what you need.
Step 3
In addition to this natural wealth, you will need: glue, brushes for glue and paints, colored paper, plasticine, children's scissors, cardboard, threads and skeins of colored wool, scraps of fabric, buttons, etc. When there is enough material, and the child is already dancing in anticipation of an interesting lesson, think together what or whom you would like to make.
Step 4
This is also a very big plus of homework - the child himself learns to fantasize, create. I am not forced to make a bear out of cones, although the kid is not interested in this at the moment, but he can create a ninja turtle, because he really wants to. Naturally, the child in this case will also be engaged in crafts without prodding and with great enthusiasm. And you can also entrust the kid with choosing the material for the craft. Put pictures with the selected character and your box on the table, let the child choose for himself what he will make the head, arms and legs of the toy.
Step 5
Start the activity by spreading an oilcloth on the table and explaining to your child that it is needed to protect the surface from glue and paint. Lay out all the selected material and craft supplies neatly. Be sure to show that order on the table is necessary for convenience, that this is not just your requirement.
Step 6
To assemble the toy, start with the largest main part - the body, show the child how to attach the limbs and the head to the base - glue, insert (if the body is made of plasticine, and the legs and handles are made of twigs), sew. Explain with an example why you have to wait for the glue to dry. If the child has already reached 6-7 years old, you can teach him how to use a needle, do not forget to repeat that all dangerous objects must be removed to a place from where they will not fall on the floor or furniture.
Step 7
When coloring the craft, spend more time on the face of the toy. Show how the shape of the eyes and mouth can be used to express the character of the hero. After class, wash your hands with your child and tidy up the workplace.
