It is necessary

  • - 1 m of blue fabric;
  • - 0.5 m of white fabric;
  • - scraps of green and yellow cloth;
  • - 0.5 m padding polyester;
  • - non-woven (flizofix) "cobweb";
  • - threads;
  • - tailor's pins

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare 2 pieces of blue fabric for pockets measuring 5.5 * 14 cm. Cut out the main part of the napkin. Fold in half, right side inward.

Step 2

Machine stitch around the hem, leaving an area of approximately 10 cm in the center of the long side. After turning the product onto the right side, iron it. Topstitch the product to the edge, backing off 0.5 cm.

Step 3

Fold the workpiece from both sides to the center, marking the dimensions of the 2 side pockets. Open again. Make daisy templates. Cut out floral elements from yellow, white and green fabric.

Step 8

Insert the padding polyester into the cutlery pocket, stitch around the flowers, matching the thread to the color of the daisies. Place 2 daisies in the center of the base in the same way.

Step 9

Sew the pockets to the base. On the left side for napkins, on the right - another pocket in three sections for a knife, fork and spoon. Stitch around the perimeter except for a gap on the short side.

Step 10

Run a dividing seam from top to bottom along the pockets to help fold opposite sides of the garment (pockets).

Step 11

After placing your cutlery and napkins in your pockets, place your plate on the center section. Wrap both sides to protect the plate while traveling.

Step 12

For a stretch cup holder, prepare nine white petals and 2 yellow circles with a non-woven liner. Place all the petals on the yellow disc, spreading them evenly around the center, and secure with glue.
