A third of a person's life is spent on sleep, and the same amount - on labor activity, you are free to spend the rest of the time as you want, showing your individuality and character. An occupation that you choose as a free one is called a hobby, or hobby. If you are having trouble choosing it intuitively, examine your needs and disposition.
Instructions
Step 1
Perform some psychological temperament tests. The first thing these tests are focused on is the determination of direction (inward - introversion, outward - extraversion). Depending on the focus, you prefer either noisy companies and large communities (outside), or privacy (inside).
Quiet hobbies are often suitable for introverts: collecting, modeling, embroidery, sewing, drawing, working with technology. Of the mobile, yoga, gymnastics, and dancing are recommended.
Extroverts subconsciously choose active hobbies: extreme sports, traveling with companies, etc.
Step 2
Determine the direction of your mind: humanities, scientific and technical, mathematical and analytical, imaginative, and so on. Humanitarians can engage in literature: write poetry and prose, journalistic articles, and so on. Technicians can do aeromodelling or radio equipment. Hobbies related to art are suitable for those with creative thinking: painting, literature, music, dance or something else, depending on personal preferences and inclinations. An analytical mind is a good base for doing web programming and website building.
