Santa Claus is undoubtedly the main attribute of the New Year. If you are a lover of all kinds of handicrafts, then you do not need to make Santa Claus with your own hands. Let's start this process.

It is necessary

  • - 5 liter plastic bottle;
  • - faux fur;
  • - synthetic winterizer;
  • - 1, 5 plastic bottle;
  • - 2 bottles of yogurt;
  • - threads;
  • - long-haired fur.

Instructions

Step 1

The first thing to do is to wrap our 5 liter bottle with padding polyester. After you have done this, you need to pull off its edges with a thread both at the neck and at the bottom.

Step 2

Then we cut out a circle, which should be equal to the bottom of the bottle + 3 centimeters for the stock. We sew the resulting circle to the synthetic winterizer to the bottom of the bottle. Next, we sew a fur coat for Santa Claus from two colors of artificial fur.

Step 3

We put the resulting fur coat on the bottle. Next, sweep its lower part directly to the bottom of our base. We pull the whole thing up so that folds and wrinkles do not form. Excess fabric must be hidden in the neck, if it did not work out, then just carefully cut off the excess.

Step 4

Now we start making hands. We cut them to the desired length and shape. Next, we make mittens from the fur, after which we attach them to the necks of the bottles with the help of threads, that is, we make them several turns. Then the sleeves are sewn and pulled. During this process, we leave an allowance, due to which we sew the sleeves to the body of Santa Claus.

Step 5

The Santa Claus head is made from the top of a 1.5 liter bottle. The throat of a 1.5-liter bottle must be inserted into the throat of a 5-liter bottle. We wrap the whole thing with a padding polyester, only you need to do it like this: first, wrap the head of Santa Claus with it along the entire length, then take the strip a little narrower. Due to this, you get a rounded head shape. Next, you should measure the head circumference to sew a stocking. This should be done from flesh-colored jersey. Made? Now you need to pull it on and sew it to the neck. We simply tighten the top. Sew the rest and sew the collar to the fur coat, and the head will be ready.

Step 6

We have some little things left unfinished. We sew the nose from a piece of knitwear, after which we tighten it with a thread, stuff it with cotton wool or synthetic winterizer, then we form its nostrils and the bridge of the nose. Eyes can be made from buttons. Well, the facial hair is long-haired fur. So Santa Claus is ready! Good luck!
