It is necessary

T-shirt, stencils, fabric paint, brushes, pins, thermal paper, iron, tweezers, gloves

Instructions

Step 1

To get started, get the necessary materials - a T-shirt and acrylic paint on the fabric. Consult with the seller - he will help you choose a paint from a good manufacturer that will not peel off after the second wash. If you are afraid to come into contact with chemicals, also purchase thin rubber gloves that will be comfortable for you to paint.

Step 2

Draw yourself, cut from a magazine, or select online and print a drawing. Moreover, how many colors are present in the picture, so many copies need to be made. Then cut out pieces of the same color on each sheet. Thus, you will get several stencils, which you will redraw on your T-shirt one by one.

Step 3

Attach one stencil to your shirt. To prevent it from moving, you can fix it with pins. It is better to put the T-shirt itself on something solid - a stool, table, or just put a piece of cardboard under it. Carefully paint over the cut areas and let the paint dry. After that, repeat the same with the second stencil, the third, and so on. Let the drawing dry. That's it, your T-shirt is ready.

Step 4

If you don't want to mess around with stencils, apply the image to the fabric in a different way. Print the inscription or picture you like on special thermal paper. Moreover, the picture must be mirrored so that the image looks correct on the T-shirt. It is better to choose the best quality printing in the settings.

Step 5

White paper, when transferred to fabric, gives a slightly yellowish color. If this is important for you, cut the drawing along the contour.

Step 6

Place the picture on thermal paper on the T-shirt and iron it with an iron for one to two minutes. Then let your applique cool down for three to four minutes. Then carefully remove the paper with your nails, or with tweezers. The drawing will remain on your T-shirt.
