An arbitrary image of a human face leads to a discrepancy with reality: either the eyes are set too close, then the lips are located at the very chin, or the ears are higher than they should be. A mathematician will help to draw a person's face in correct proportions.
It is necessary
- - paper;
- - pencil;
- - eraser.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw an oval. It should be slightly widened at the top and narrowed downward, like the shape of a person's face.
Step 2
Draw auxiliary lines in the oval that will help to correctly position the facial features. Divide it into 4 parts using 2 intersecting lines in the center. The vertical line will help you maintain the symmetry of the right and left sides of your face. Divide the vertical line in half at the bottom of the face, drawing a short line on it - here the nose will "end".
Step 3
Draw the eyes. The horizontal line drawn in the oval is eye level. Divide it into 5 equal parts, putting dots on it. You should have 2 points on the right and left sides of the face, which define the width of the eyes. Draw the shape of the eyes, eyelashes and, if necessary, the upper eyelid.
Step 4
Draw the nose. The width of the nose is equal to that of the eye. Lower 2 vertical lines from the inner corners of the eyes to a short horizontal line. In the resulting frames, depict the nose.
Step 5
Line up your brows. Draw a horizontal line above the eyes, with the upper points of the eyebrows in contact with it. The distance between the lines of the eyebrows and eyes should be equal to the distance between the line of the nose and the chin. Draw the eyebrows.
Step 6
Outline the shape of the lips and ears. Divide the vertical line between the end of the nose and the chin into 4 parts and draw the lips in the second of them closer to the nose. Draw the ears between the line of the eyes and the end of the nose. If you have a drawing of a person with flowing hair, you do not need to portray the ears.
Step 7
Finish the face drawing by styling the hairstyle and removing the auxiliary touches. Select the main lines.
