Fold the scarves right-side up. Sew the sides with a sewing machine. If you wish, you can not fill them up to the end, but leave small cuts on the sides.

Bend the upper part to the wrong side, so that later you can insert an elastic band into the resulting drawstring. Stitch on a typewriter, leaving a small hole unsewn through which you can insert the elastic.

Make a drawstring at waist level too. To do this, take a wide satin ribbon and sew it to the wrong side of the garment.

Slide elastic into both drawstrings, at the top and at the waist.
