There are a lot of weaving methods that allow you to create a variety of patterns and textures of baubles, and of them direct weaving stands out brightly, which is accessible to any beginner in its simplicity. Using this method, you can weave both a plain straight fabric and any pattern or pattern woven into it.

Instructions
Step 1
In order to learn how to weave, try to weave a bauble with straight braiding according to a ready-made pattern, which can be found on any website dedicated to baubles. Take a leaf-patterned bauble as an example.
Step 2
Take a pin, 16 threads of light green floss, and a skein of long background thread. Tie all the threads into a knot and pin them to a stationary surface.
Step 3
Tie the background dark thread with a double knot to the left-most light green thread. Then tie the background thread with a double knot to the next green thread in the row. Continue tying the green thread with the background thread until the row ends. The end of the background thread will be on the opposite side.
Step 4
Make two more knots, braiding the green thread on the far right - this will start the next bottom row. Continue braiding the green background with double knots until you reach the end - at the end of the row, the end of the background is again on the left. In the weave from right to left, mirror the knots you made from left to right.
Step 5
Weave a few more rows with the background thread, then from right to left, then from left to right. After reaching the place in the row when you need to start drawing, do not braid the background thread to the end, but braid the dark background thread with two knots of light green thread.
Step 6
The knots of the light thread for the pattern should be opposite to the knots you knitted with the background thread. Referring to the diagram, weave as many light green knots in this row as required for the pattern.
Step 7
When the background color goes in the row again, braid the green threads with a dark background thread again, guiding the knot in the other direction.
Step 8
Moving to the next row, braid the green threads again in accordance with the pattern, first with the background thread, and then make several knots with the green thread around the background thread. Continue braiding to the end of the row with background knots.
Step 9
For the convenience of reading the circuit, unfold it sideways - the way it will be located on the bauble, and weave it to the end, according to the described technique.
