No matter how pleasant the voiceover actors' voices are, no matter how they suit the characters on the screen, the dubbing will never be able to match the quality of the original voice acting. Fortunately, almost every user can enjoy it, regardless of knowledge of the language: just turn on Russian subtitles.

Instructions

Step 1

Set subtitles from the menu. If you are watching a DVD or Blu-ray disc, you can connect subtitles and change the audio track at any time. To do this, pause the movie and go to the main menu. Then select "Settings", in it go to the option "Subtitles: Russian" and click Play. After you return to browsing, the captions will appear at the bottom.

Step 2

Download the rip version of the movie. The file description is almost always located near the download link: make sure that subtitles are embedded in the downloaded video. After the file is downloaded, run it in any player, for example - Media Player Classic, installed along with the K-lite package. After starting the video, go to the "Playback" menu, at the bottom find the line "Subtitles". By clicking on it, you can choose one of all the options for signatures attached to the file.

Step 3

You can download subtitles separately. Find on the Internet an addition to the movie you are interested in (you can do this using one of the links below). Start the video, open the folder with the downloaded file and just drag it to the player screen - the text will instantly appear at the bottom. Please note that the loaded title may not coincide with the video sequence (for example, due to two or three seconds of black screen, cut out at the beginning).

Step 4

Use Shooter Player. Its advantage over other players is that the program automatically searches for movie subtitles in a sufficiently large database. After finding several options, the user can choose the one he likes and "shift" it, getting rid of the delays described in the previous paragraph. Important: the video file must be renamed to its original English name (for example, the Boyzovskii klub file must be named Fight Club).
