Instructions

Step 1

To register an electronic journal, it is necessary to collect a number of documents, their list may vary somewhat depending on who will be the founder - a legal entity or an individual. You need to start by filling out an application to Roskomnadzor, that is, to the Federal Service for Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media. When drawing up this document, you should use a special form, which you need to download on the Roskomnadzor website in the section

Step 2

Then you need to pay the fee, and attach a copy of it to the package of documents. The amount of the state fee will depend on the nature of the electronic journal. For a regular magazine it will be 3,000 rubles, for an advertising magazine - 15,000 rubles, for an erotic magazine - 30,000.

Step 3

Further, an individual needs to certify a copy of the passport with a notary; the same rule applies to individual entrepreneurs. Legal entities will also have to certify a copy of an extract from the unified state register of legal entities, a copy of the Journal's Charter.

Step 4

It is also necessary to certify copies of those documents that confirm that you have the right to use the domain name where the electronic journal will be posted. For the domain zones.рф and.ru, the rules are established by the Coordination Center for the national domain of the Internet. Information on the registered domain can be obtained by submitting a request to this office.

Step 5

If the e-magazine is erotic, you will need to provide its layout. This requirement does not apply to other types of journals.

Step 6

Write a cover letter to Roskomnadzor, indicate in it the documents that you have collected, point by point. The papers must be folded into a folder and sent by parcel post by mail or taken in person to the address: Moscow, Kitaygorodsky proezd, 7, building 2. Registration will take about 30 days, after which you will receive a certificate with the assigned number.
