We always take our map with us when we travel to unfamiliar places. The map will allow you to choose the best route, estimate the travel time, choose a place for rest and overnight stay. The life map will allow you to plan your life path.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine for yourself approximately how many years you plan to live. Think about what you would like to do or have, how long it will take you.
Step 2
Draw on the map what you are aiming for. It is convenient to draw yourself in the middle and write your age. Draw the main goals larger, the minor ones smaller. Try to draw exactly what you think about it, for example, if you want to have a three-story house with a fountain, draw it. Write “a lot of money” in a specific number. Visualizing your plans is essential for making them come true.
Step 3
Divide the sheet into several parts. Draw the material goods you would like to have, the job you are striving for. Draw the places you would like to visit. Highlight areas for displaying intangible goals - maintaining health, maintaining or seeking love, improving relationships with friends. Next to each picture, write the age by which you would like to achieve this.
Step 4
Now create routes to your targets. Consider what you are doing to achieve what you want, what is stopping you and what is helping.
Step 5
Correct your path. For example, if your career and your family are big on your map, think about how you can achieve your goals. You can make one of the pictures smaller (a secondary goal) or figure out which ways you can move up the career ladder and pay more attention to the household. Draw intermediate pictures, make captions. Draw and cross out what is hindering you on the path to your desires. Find common ground.
Step 6
Life often adjusts our plans. Over time, many goals may become less significant, some are achieved. Map corrections and develop new routes.
