Balloons are always a holiday and a good mood. Balls of different sizes and shapes, with congratulations or pictures printed on them, create an atmosphere of fun and carefree childhood. There is a special type of balls - long and thin balls, from which you can make various funny figures. These balls are called modeling balls or sausage balls.

It is necessary

  • - hand pump for inflating balloons;
  • - water-based markers.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the ball with both hands, stretch it by the ends and gently knead it with your fingers. Place the neck of the ball on the inlet of the pump and grip the joint between the ball and the pump with your hand. Move the pump piston with your other hand and slowly inflate the ball. In the tail part of the ball, leave some part (15 centimeters) un-inflated.

Step 2

After inflating the balloon to the desired length, release some of the air from it. The balloon, inflated not too tightly, will then be easier to curl and not burst. Pull out the neck of the ball slightly. Wrap the end with the neckline around two fingers, the index and middle, to form a loop. Using the fingers of your other hand, thread the neckline through the loop and tighten the knot. Your balloon is tied.

Step 3

To make a twist that fixes the bubbles that make up the figures, squeeze the ball at the desired distance from the neck. Hold the bubble with one hand and rotate it 2-3 times with the other. Make several bubbles in this way, holding the first and the last.

Step 4

Twist with a lock to secure the bubbles. From the four bubbles you made, fold the two middle bubbles (the second and third) together, twist them and wrap them between the first and fourth bubble. This technique is the basis for making most of the sausage ball figurines.
