Now everywhere, here and there, there are ads that for a very reasonable price they will cleanse, improve and ennoble your karma. Moreover, it sounds quite frightening: “… if we do not save you from her, then she will certainly kill you herself.” In literal translation from Sanskrit, karma means action, and that's all.

Step 1
And in a larger-scale definition - the basic law of cause-and-effect relationships governing the entire material universe. And since karma captures only the realm of the material, it is logical to assume that there are spheres of being that are not subject to it, that go beyond the space-time continuum.
Step 2
Karma, of course, can and should be improved. The only question is how to do it correctly. Everyone knows that karma is relentless as long as you move in the vicious circle of samsara (an endless sequence of birth and death). Only after going beyond its limits, the spirit achieves total liberation from the bonds of the material world (moksha). How to attain moksha is a topic for a separate discussion.
Step 3
There are two main ways of influencing one's destiny (karma): independently and with the help of a guru (a realized spiritual mentor). In the presence of a true guru, everything is extremely simplified: you unconditionally entrust your whole being to him, and sooner or later he will lead you to the “home stretch”.
Step 4
If you are unlucky with the teacher, then it is simply not the time, and you are not ready to meet with him. Going on a solo voyage, be careful to avoid false teachings and outright fraud.
Step 5
There is a simple and effective technique for wishing you happiness. Repeating many times every morning and throughout the day "I wish everyone happiness", you gradually purify your mind and heart, touching the very source of any karma generation - attachment of the mind. Over time, your life will be transformed beyond recognition, negative karma will naturally be replaced by positive. And then the guru is just a stone's throw away.
Step 6
Don't expect someone else to do it for you. God helps those who help themselves.
