Instructions
Step 1
Cut out 2 strips of 1, 5 cm from cardboard, make a raised edging using scissors. We take glue and glue the edges to the base and to the lid of the box. We mix white and brown paints in a container, we get a silvery shade, with which we need to paint the box in 2 layers.
Step 2
We are waiting for the paint to dry completely. As soon as the paint has dried, it is necessary to rub well all the protruding parts of it with wax candles, you also need to walk a little over the rest of the future box. With a brush, remove all unnecessary pellets that remain from rubbing with a candle.
Step 3
We paint the box white, the inner part of the lid also needs to be covered, but only the protruding part, we do not touch the bottom of the lid. We create the effect of antiquity, for this you need to walk around the box with sandpaper.
Step 4
Cut out the elements you like from the napkin and glue them to the box with PVA glue. Only a drop of glue should be applied under the drawing to secure it. Next, apply glue to the front of the picture and distribute it evenly with smoothing movements. Once you have glued all the elements, the box needs to be covered with a protective layer of glue. On the inside of the box, you need to glue a cloth or paint it white.
