Material for a dress, ready-made dress patterns according to your size on paper or tracing paper, a sewing machine, scissors, a needle and thread, iron, chalk

Step 1
Transfer the finished patterns of your size to tracing paper and cut out the details of the pattern. The patterns can be found in any fashion magazine dedicated to sewing.
Step 2
Take a piece of fabric. It must be washed, dried and ironed beforehand. Place the details of the pattern on it along the shared thread, attach with needles or press down with weights. Cut out the parts, remembering to leave 1cm for the seam allowances.
Step 3
Process the resulting details. If the skirt of the dress consists of gussets, sweep them up and then sew on the sewing machine. If the dress is narrow, then the seams are ironed on both sides. Do not forget that the loops and buttons should be on the right front of the dress's bodice. Sweep straight or extended sleeves and then iron the seams with an iron.
Step 4
Pair the bodice with the skirt. Remember that you first need to sweep by hand, and only then sew on a typewriter. Sew into the armhole of the sleeves, if available. Finish the neckline and hem of the dress. For processing the edges of the material, there is a special machine - an overlock. The dress is ready.
