Dragons are called fire-breathing flying lizards, heroes of many ancient legends. They are mysterious and magnificent, powerful and powerful. This character of legends is easy to draw on paper with a simple pencil, so even those who do not see a talent for drawing can cope with this task.
It is necessary
- - pencil
- - eraser
- - a blank sheet of paper
Instructions
Step 1
Start drawing the dragon by drawing an oval and two circles on the right side of a blank sheet of paper.
Step 2
Connect the previously drawn circles together using two rounded lines. The result should be the body and head of the future dragon.
Step 3
Add a neck to the dragon. To do this, connect the oval to the upper circle using two curved lines.
Step 4
Using circles and ovals, sketch out the tail for the future dragon with a pencil. As a result, you should get something similar to a caterpillar, in which the links, moving away from the body (that is, the main oval), decrease in size.
Step 5
Connect all the links of this "caterpillar" with each other using smooth lines from below and from above. Thus, the dragon should have a tail. It can be made short or long.
Step 6
Erase all unnecessary pencil lines with the eraser, and then start drawing the dragon's hind legs. Draw them on both sides of the abdomen of the mythical beast.
Step 7
After completing the drawing of the hind legs, proceed to the image of the front legs. Keep in mind that only one front paw of the dragon will be fully visible in the figure, since the second will be hidden behind its round belly.
Step 8
Take care of the tip of the dragon's tail, which should be in the shape of an arrow, and the claws on all the drawn dragon's legs.
Step 9
Draw round eyes for the dragon, exactly the same round nostrils and eyebrows. By the way the eyebrows are drawn on the dragon, the nature of the creature will be guessed. If their inner parts are directed downward, the mythical hero will turn out to be formidable and gloomy, and if upward - sweet and kind.
Step 10
Draw wings for the dragon. They can be made large or small, sharp or round. An important detail of the dragon's figure is its sharp teeth. You should also draw small triangular teeth on the tail, back and head of the creature.
