Games for guessing words by letters perfectly develop a sense of language, train thinking and attention, therefore they are often offered in all kinds of quizzes and tournaments. In addition, solving all sorts of word problems increases concentration and develops memory. There are many varieties of this language game, but three are the most common.
Instructions
Step 1
If no letters are known in a word, and you need to guess the word, naming one by one (as in the program "Field of Miracles"), first try to discover the most common letters of the language. In Russian, such letters are considered: vowels - o, a, e, and, consonants - n, t, p, p. That is why many players in the program "Field of Miracles" call these letters first, unless, of course, they do not immediately know the answer to the question. When you know at least two letters, start looking for possible options.
Step 2
If you need to make a word from the letters already available (as in various television quizzes), then first close your eyes, and then reopen and look at the entire set of letters as a whole. Perception often tells you very quickly which word you can put these letters into. For example, if in the cipher

just carefully examine the letters, they will not add up to a word. But if you look at the whole word as a whole, you can quickly guess that the word "Setting" is encrypted. But there are also more complex cases when the letters in the word standing next to each other are located far from each other in the code. For example, in the cipher
N O T B S R K A A
In this case, you will have to make up possible pairs and triplets of letters. As soon as you spot a couple or three letters that start a word, you will guess the word. In this case, having found the combination "KOH" you can easily guess the word "Contrabass".
Step 3
If you play the "Decryptor" game, similar to the one used in the game "The smartest", then your task becomes more difficult - this task uses not only letters, but also numbers. The word is presented in numerical form, and you need to find the letters hiding under the numbers. Here, too, start guessing the word with the first two or three letters.
For example, given the cipher
1 1 6 3 1 5 6
Try to match the first two letters. Since only the letters A, B and C can be hidden under the number 1, then most likely one of the first ones is a vowel, the letter A. Therefore, the word begins with either AB, or AB, or BA, or BA. Take any letter from those that are hidden under the number 6 and try to substitute it for the resulting options: ADB, BAS, BAR, VAS, VAR, BAT, BAT, etc. There is only one vowel hiding under the number 3, which, most likely, will be the next. If you try to substitute it in the resulting combinations, you can get VARI. Here you can already guess that the word "Option" was encrypted.
