Instructions
Step 1
Examine the watch cover. If its circumference is even and smooth, and there is a recess on the body, it can be pryed off and removed. If the cover has notches, it should be unscrewed.
Step 2
Take a caliper and slide it apart to the width of the opposite markings on the watch. Fix the size with a screw.
Step 3
Unscrew the cover of the wristwatch. The most difficult thing is to move it from its place, then the process will go easier, since there are usually only two or three threads on a watch.
Step 4
Remove the old battery from the watch. If you have not encountered the need to change the battery before, most likely you do not have a suitable replacement, since different types of watches require different devices.
Step 5
Buy a new battery: now you have a sample device that will fit your watch. When going to a store or service center, you can bring an old battery with you so that you have something to compare with. Or just show it to the seller - he will select the necessary power source.
Step 6
Install the new battery in place of the old one.
Step 7
Close the watch cover tightly.
