It is necessary

  • - clothespins;
  • - thick wire;
  • - base (foam / dried flower sponge);
  • - glue (for example, "The moment is transparent");
  • - pencil;
  • - paper;
  • - scissors;
  • - fittings.

Instructions

Step 1

Consider the design of your future paper holder. Look online or home decor magazines for inspiration. Carefully select the color scheme of the product: such a small detail in the interior can significantly stand out against the general background.

Step 2

Select a dense product under the base of your paper holder. For example, a small ceramic flowerpot works well - it is stable and can be used to bring almost any idea to life.

Step 3

Use Styrofoam or a special dried flower sponge to make the base for the holder. Cut it to fit the shape of your pot. It is good if the base is difficult to enter into it - thus, it will be more firmly fixed. If you made a small mistake with the size, drop a little glue on the bottom and gently press down on the material.

Step 4

Wrap the center of the wire with satin ribbon / fur / feathers or any other hardware that suits your idea. Be careful to leave a few centimeters blank at both ends. One of them will be stuck in the pot. To the other - tie a clothespin.

Step 5

Decorate a clothespin to make the paper holder more interesting. For example, cut two hearts out of colored cardboard and glue to both sides of the main part of the holder. The sun will also look good as a decoration. To complete it, cut two circles out of yellow velvet paper. Glue satin ribbons around the edges of each. Eyes can also be cut out of paper, drawn or purchased at a sewing store special "buttons" for toys.

Step 6

Complete the DIY paper holder with the necessary decorative elements. For this, various cuts of fabric, ribbons, feathers, beads and other accessories will come in handy.
