Instructions
Step 1
Launch Adobe Premier Pro. Select from the menu: File - Import. Next, specify the video file with the movie. Please note that the file must be in a format supported by the version of Premier Pro you have installed.

Step 2
Place the imported file on the video track. Use the special "slider" to find the frame on the track that you want to save.
Step 3
When the desired frame is displayed in the Timeline window, click File - Export - Frame.
Tell the program the path where you want to save the frame.
