The cadastral passport of the apartment contains information provided by the state information resource called "State Real Estate Cadastre". If there is information about the real estate object, the applicant is issued with an official document of a certain form.

First page: appearance

The appearance of the first page of the cadastral passport should look like this:

- at the top of the document there should be a name - "Cadastral passport";

- slightly lower than the name, in small letters - what exactly the document is issued for: "premises";

- then there are information about the apartment, indicated in special columns;

- at the bottom of the page, under the columns of information about the apartment, put the name of the position of the specialist who issued the document, his surname with initials and signature;

- at the bottom of the document there must be a seal of the institution that issued the cadastral passport.

First page: basic information

The first page of the cadastral passport should contain the following information:

- the date of execution of the document and the number of the case;

- cadastral number of the property (assigned by the registering authority);

- cadastral number of the quarter;

- cadastral number of the building in which the premises are located;

- the floor / floors on which the apartment is located;

- total area;

- location, indicating the exact address and letter (sometimes the letter is not put down);

- cadastral value, indicated in rubles;

- previous (conditional) cadastral numbers

- special marks, if any;

- the name of the body carrying out cadastral registration.

The second page of the cadastral passport

Please note: the document in question may consist of one sheet and not have a second page. True, such a copy of the cadastral passport is issued much less often and, as a rule, the second page with basic information is attached to the first page - with a floor plan. This plan shows the location of the apartment on the floor and, like the first page, is certified by the seal and signature of a specialist.

It should also be borne in mind that such a form for filling out a cadastral passport is relevant for documents issued in 2013-2014. Earlier cadastral extracts differ slightly in format, but are similar in content.
