The emulator is designed to ensure the performance of programs designed for one computing platform on another platform. One of the most common today is the ZX Spectrum platform emulators.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the ZX Spectrum emulator for the platform you are interested in: DOS, Linux or Windows from the following page:

Regardless of which version you downloaded, it will not require installation. Just create a separate folder, overwrite all the files from the archive into it, and then run the executable file. Remember that the archive with the version of the emulator for Windows also includes a version of the executable file for DOS.
Step 3
To install the emulator in a phone running a Symbian operating system, download the SIS file from the same page that matches your phone model. Transfer it to the memory card in the Others folder. Run it with phone file manager. Answer affirmatively to a number of questions, and when prompted to choose an installation location, also select a memory card. Please note that this version of this emulator is paid. It is free for all other platforms.
Step 4
To install the emulator in a phone or tablet running the Androd operating system, find on the same page a link to the corresponding page for the Android Market service. Go to it using your phone (on which unlimited Internet is configured and the APN parameters are correctly set), then start the installation process.
Step 5
To install the emulator on a phone or tablet running the Maemo operating system, download the corresponding DEB package from the same page. Install it on your device using its built-in package manager.
Step 6
The games themselves and programs to run in the emulator must be presented in the following image formats: Z80, SNA, TAP, TZX, FDI, TRD, or SCL. Download these files from the site https://worldofspectrum.org/. Remember that on most other similar sites, even the same files are often placed inappropriately.
