Step 1
By itself, the image of tools is not very interesting for children, but if you distribute these objects to the heroes of fairy tales or cartoons, the kids will be carried away by the lesson. The characters themselves can be quickly drawn using the principle of "smeshariki", that is, to depict in a circle the characteristic details of an animal or a person.
Step 2
Draw a character with your child, for example, a bunny. Ask what tools a carrot lover will need to care for their garden beds. If you decide that the gardener needs a shovel, explain that this item consists of a long handle and a main part. These elements can be drawn as simple shapes. The shank is a long rectangle, and the gardener's shovel (bayonet) itself looks like a triangle.
Step 3
This way you can draw all the tools your characters need. Give the piglets a hammer, saw and nails to renovate the house. Explain as you work that all the elements of the tools are made from different materials. Draw a wooden hammer handle and paint it in beige and red with brown stains. Fill the metal head of the tool with gray paint with white highlights.
Step 4
Drawing musical instruments will require more complex work. The romantic Troubadour needs a melodic guitar. Find a picture with this tool and explain to your child that this item also consists of several parts. Draw a graceful figure-eight body, a round resonator hole, a long rectangular neck, and a polygon head.
Step 5
Paint all the details according to the actual colors of the tool. Don't forget to draw strings and ornaments around the rosette. Gather a whole group of musicians. Draw the drum set in the form of cylinders of different sizes, and the pipe in the form of a cone and a long rectangle. Draw complex tools while looking at the photo, so as not to miss a single detail.
Step 6
Whichever character you choose, everyone can find the tool they need to get their job done. For a builder - a trowel, for a seamstress - a needle, for a plumber - a wrench.
