Regina Burd was born on October 8, 1985 in Moscow. The girl's parents had nothing to do with the world of music and art. Dad worked on the sports committee, and mom was a medical worker. Since childhood, Regina dreamed of a stage and wanted to get a creative profession. She attended various dance clubs, developed her vocal abilities. At the Duncan dance school she studied modern, Georgian and ballroom dancing.
After graduation, the girl entered the University of Physical Education and Sports. She chose the department of theory and methodology of aerobics and fitness gymnastics. She applied the acquired knowledge and skills in Moscow entertainment establishments. Regina was invited to dance on the stage of the Infinity club. There she was noticed by Evgeny Orlov, who created such famous groups as "Inveterate Swindlers", "Guests from the Future". At that time he was working on the VIA "Cream" project and he needed beautiful girls who could sing and move well on stage. Regina gladly accepted the offer and in 2006 she became a member of the group, choosing the stage name "Michelle". In VIA "Cream" Regina sang for only a year, and then left the group for personal reasons. Regina Burd met Sergei Zhukov during a joint tour. He noticed a beautiful girl and subsequently, when they crossed paths, showed her attention. But it was impossible to get to know each other better.
