You will have to tinker a little with a lily made of polymer clay, but the main thing is to understand the principle so that you do not have any problems with creating a flower further. The result is a very realistic beautiful lily.
It is necessary
Polymer clay, knife, needle or awl, bottle or glass rolling pin, paintbrush and watercolors, paper clip
Instructions
Step 1
Take a small piece of clay. It is better to use beige or white clay to make the lily more natural.
Step 2
Roll the clay with a rolling pin into a thin sheet. But it is not recommended to make it too thin, otherwise it will be difficult to work with the sheet.
Step 3
Using a needle, mark the shape of the petals (6 pieces). Three petals should be larger than the other three. You will attach smaller petals closer to the stamens.
Step 4
Apply a ribbing to each petal with a needle. It is worth noting that natural lilies do not have this texture, but it will look great on a polymer flower!
Step 5
These are the petals.
Step 6
The central part of the petals of the lily is colored yellow, brown "freckles" are present. This can be recreated on our flower using watercolor.
Step 7
Work on the inside of the lily. Cut the stamens and pistil out of a flat sheet of clay. Make the pistil a little thicker, paint the tip with brown paint.
Step 8
Use an awl to bend the edges of the small petals inward. Prepare a paper clip - straighten the end. A lily will be attached to a paper clip.
Step 9
It remains to put all the elements of the flower together. The polymer clay lily is ready!
