Still life with a bouquet of flowers is one of the favorite themes of many artists in all eras. In springtime, when everything is blooming around, it would be more appropriate than ever to learn how to draw bouquets with a pencil.
It is necessary
- - white blank sheet of paper
- - eraser
- - a simple pencil, well sharpened
- - compass
- - ruler
Instructions
Step 1
At the first stage of work, draw circles for future flowers, as well as one line, which in the future will become a flower stem. In total, the bouquet will contain three flowers of different sizes.
Step 2
Start sketching cloud-like shapes in the middle of the flowers. Draw small circles in the center of these "clouds". At the end of this task, you can immediately proceed to the next main and interesting step - drawing flower leaves.
Step 3
Start depicting petals. They are drawn quite simply, without the presence of pointed ends. Also draw a small rosebud at the top right side. After that, you can immediately proceed to the next step.
Step 4
Draw leaves at the bottom of the bouquet. Also, finish drawing the rosebud: add some freehand lines to the middle to make a full, half-open flowerbud.
Step 5
Before moving on to the last step, draw a stem for each flower. Once this task is completed, erase all unnecessary pencil lines that remain after completing the first step. After that, you can proceed to the sixth step.
Step 6
Draw the two bottom leaves. However, you can draw more of them, if two, in your opinion, will not be enough. After that, detail each leaf using small lines on them and the so-called edges. Then erase all unnecessary pencil lines, especially the ones drawn in the first step.
Step 7
At the final stage, make sure again that all the extra lines have been erased. Take a close look at the picture. If there is a feeling that you need to add one or more flowers or leaves somewhere, do it. You are an artist, therefore, you know better what the final result should be. If necessary, the finished drawing can be colored.
