New Year is a time of miracles! Make your holiday magical by making edible white chocolate snowflakes and edible ice cream bowls.
Edible white chocolate snowflakes
For manufacturing you will need:
- baking paper
- a pen
- plastic bag or bag for cream
- White chocolate
Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in a fireproof bowl. Place it in a water bath and melt. Stir until smooth.
Line a small baking sheet with baking paper. Draw snowflakes on it.
Transfer the melted and lightly chilled chocolate to a cropped bag or piping bag. Squeeze the chocolate along the drawn outlines, and then remove the baking sheet with the blanks in the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate.
Edible chocolate bowls
To prepare them, stock up on:
- balloons
- baking paper
- silicone spatula / spoon
- dark chocolate
As in the previous recipe, you need to break the chocolate into pieces, melt it in a water bath and let it stand for a while, so that it is more convenient to work with it.
While the chocolate is cooling, spread baking paper on a flat surface and inflate the balls (take small ones and do not inflate too much).
Place the chocolate in "heaps" on the prepared sheet of paper.
Place each of the balls by the "tail" on the chocolate blanks and start using a spatula to neatly cover them with chocolate.
Now put the blanks right along with the balls in the cold for about half an hour - the chocolate should harden.
Then carefully cut off the ponytails from the balls and separate them from the chocolate. The bowls are ready!
