Salt dough modeling is a great hobby for children and adults. The development and improvement of fine motor skills, the creation of useful and beautiful things, the development of observation and taste - this is not a complete list of the advantages of this activity. In order for crafts made from salt dough to be more aesthetically pleasing and serve longer, it is necessary to knead the dough correctly.
It is necessary
- 1.200 g wheat flour.
- 2.400 g of salt.
- 3.250 ml of water.
- 4. 2 tablespoons of dry wallpaper glue.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl of a suitable size, add salt, mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Dissolve the glue in a little water, stir so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Pour the glue solution into the flour and salt, stir.
Step 4
Gradually adding water, knead the dough. The dough should be homogeneous and elastic, then it will not tear when sculpting.
Step 5
If, after sculpting the crafts, some of the salt dough remains unused, wrap the rest in cling film and put in the refrigerator. The dough will not lose its qualities for several days.
