Instructions
Step 1
Find detailed drawings of a mini-tractor on the Internet or in specialized literature. Weld the frame from scraps of sheet steel and channels. It must be strong and powerful enough.
Step 2
For disassembly, purchase a gasoline engine with a power of 10 hp, a gearbox, an intermediate gearbox, a steering rack with a column, a universal joint, axles, wheels, a generator, belts, a power take-off shaft, struts, bearings, hubs and other parts (a complete list of parts and their characteristics will depend on the project and the drawings, according to which you will make a mini-tractor).
Step 3
Attach the engine to the front of the frame, cover it from above with a lining, and from below with a hood. Place the fuel tank above the hood and connect it to the engine. Make an intermediate gearbox and connect it to the engine and gearbox. Install a universal joint to transfer torque from the transmission to the rear axle and wheels.
Step 4
Attach the PTO shaft with a 10 mm plate between the rear side struts. Attach an intermediate gearbox to the left side member under the hood. Assemble all units and assemblies of the mini-tractor according to the drawings and descriptions.
Step 5
Make the cladding, fenders and hood of the mini tractor. To do this, use an old refrigerator, from the walls and doors of which you can cut the necessary parts, or purchase all the elements of the case from disassembly and adjust them to the actual dimensions of your car. Check the performance of your mini-tractor, if there are no problems, register your machine.
Step 6
