Pocket puzzles were invented several hundred years ago. In our time, they do not lose their relevance. The modern market offers a wide variety of puzzles from various materials. One of these is the well-known "ring", the essence of which is the assembly of three (or more) rings together and in their subsequent separation.

Instructions

Step 1

The standard ring puzzle consists of 4 parts. When working with it, you need a flat surface on which you could spread it out, and bright lighting: all the details of the puzzle should be clearly visible.

Step 2

An already assembled structure of four rings can be disassembled without much difficulty: for example, by throwing it with little force on the table surface. Immediately after that, you will clearly see four rings in front of you, woven into one "knot". Usually there are two types of rings in these puzzles: rings with "check marks" and rings with a slight bend ("sinusoid" rings). Take two rings with "ticks" in your hands and put them on top of each other so that the item with a larger "tick" width is under the ring with a smaller "tick" size. If you did everything correctly, then you will feel that all the pieces of the puzzle have fallen into place. In this case, the so-called back of the rings (the one that is usually located on the inner side of the palm) will represent two thin lines parallel to each other. Fix this position.

Step 3

Take a close look at the two rings with slight curves. On the surface of one of them, you will see a small opening (depression), which will be needed to fit this type of puzzle pieces. Place the ring with a slight bend and "depression" pattern upwards over the two rings with "check marks" so that all three parts are aligned. (The fact that you are on the right track will be indicated by three parallel lines located on the side opposite from the pattern of the rings).

Step 4

Take a closer look at the drawing obtained from the combination of the three rings and you will see one line - the "hollow" for the fourth piece of the puzzle. Overlay the fourth ring as well - in a pattern over the previous three. Insert the back of it inward so that this line fits snugly in the missing space among the three previous rings. The puzzle is complete!
