Hunting passion has been inherent in humans since ancient times. For many people, hunting is still a favorite pastime. If you want to become a hunter, then you cannot do without a hunting rifle. But in order to purchase it, you need to collect a package of permits and medical certificates.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact your territorial inspectorate for the protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife and their habitats. Submit there an application for the issuance of the Unified State Hunting Ticket. Attach a copy of your passport, two photographs of yourself on matte 4x6 paper and a ticket form, which can be purchased at the hunting store, with your application.
Step 2
In a neuropsychiatric dispensary, you will receive a certificate "for permission to acquire and use weapons" by presenting a receipt for payment of the state duty, a passport and a military ID.
Step 3
You will receive the same certificate at a narcological dispensary. Attach the certificate obtained from the neuropsychiatric dispensary to the above documents. Pay the fee. Obtain a general health certificate from the polyclinic in the form No. 046-1.
Step 4
Purchase a safe for storing weapons, fix it in a suitable room located at your place of registration. Invite the district police officer to inspect the place where you will keep the weapon and get the corresponding "Inspection Certificate" from him. According to the law, a request for such an act is sent by the Licensing and Permitting Department (LRO), but if you request it from the district police officer yourself, the process of obtaining a permit for the purchase of weapons will be faster.
Step 5
Receive from the LRO the application form and details where you need to transfer the fee. Fill out the application form and pay the fee, receive a receipt for payment. Along with these documents, attach certificates from a neuropsychiatric and narcological dispensary, an act of inspection of the storage conditions of weapons, a health certificate (form 046-1), a copy of your passport and hunting ticket, and two matte 3x4 photographs.
Step 6
Hand over the package of documents to the LRO. Receive there a coupon notification that your documents have been accepted with a stamp on the date of acceptance. Within 30 days, you must be issued a license to purchase the requested number of hunting weapons or a written notice of refusal.
Step 7
This license is valid for six months. During this time, you need to purchase a hunting rifle. Purchase it from a specialty store or from your hands. The license is valid only together with a civil passport. If you buy a gun from a store, the seller must fill out the license for you. If you buy from hands, then together with the seller you need to appear at the seller's LRO. There, the weapon is rewritten to you, but the license can be returned to you in a few days, after it is signed by the chief.
Step 8
You must submit the completed license to your LRO in order to register the purchased weapon, within 14 days after its purchase. Then you will receive in your hands a duly issued "Permit for the storage and carrying of hunting smooth-bore weapons."
