Fighting or fighting scenes are some of the most difficult to depict. The artist needs to take into account everything: the anatomy of a tense human body, and especially expressive facial expressions, and signs of conflict in the environment. In order not to miss a single important detail, adhere to the sequence of creating the picture.
It is necessary
- - paper;
- - a simple pencil;
- - possibly colored pencils, crayons, paints.
Instructions
Step 1
Come up with the plot of the event you want to portray. A full story like a news video should appear in your imagination. Only in this case the image will be thoughtful, logical and convincing for the viewer.
Step 2
Choose the format in which you will paint. It depends on the number of characters in the picture - the larger the person is depicted, the larger the sheet or canvas must be in order to draw the details. Decide in what style you will draw. It can be both realistic and decorative. The dynamics and meaning of what is happening in the fight can be conveyed even through unpainted silhouettes. Depending on the style, select the materials and technique for the drawing.
Step 3
Sketch it. In it, you need to work on the composition and construction of objects. Carefully build the figure of each participant in the fight. If you're drawing realistically, consider the human anatomy. Since most of the muscles are involved during the fight, and the body is in a very specific position, any inaccuracy in the drawing will be noticeable. Use anatomical atlases as a guide.
Step 4
Even if the characters in the picture are conventional, their torso will move according to the laws characteristic of their fictional anatomy. Make up the body of each participant from the axes - spine, arms, legs. On these segments, mark the location of the joints. Bending and unbending parts of the body, keep their dimensions relative to the point of bend.
Step 5
Draw out the outlines of the body, taking into account the shape of the tense muscles. Erase the auxiliary axes. Dress up the heroes. At this stage, you need to imagine what fabric the suit is made of. After all, fabric of different density moves and drapes in different ways during sudden movements of a person. If necessary, draw torn, wrinkled, and stained clothing.
Step 6
Pay special attention to the facial expressions of the characters. Look at photographs of people in strong emotional stress. Transfer the characteristic grimaces to the faces of the fighters. Remove all unnecessary lines in the drawing and color it.
