Don't underestimate the importance of a beautiful human voice. A well-tuned voice helps us to express our emotions better, to speak brighter and more interestingly.
Using your voice, you can interest or convince another person of something. It is good when the voice sounds pleasant, beautiful, melodic, strong and bright. But sometimes the voice can sound harsh, harsh, or annoying. Usually a voice sounds bad when its carrier is internally squeezed, tense, and its breathing is set incorrectly. In order to develop the voice and make the vocal cords more resilient, it is recommended to do simple breathing exercises. The simplest exercise is performed while lying on your back. Place your right hand on your stomach and your left hand under your lower back. Take a deep breath (through your nose) and stick out your stomach. After that, hold your breath and exhale slowly, gradually drawing in your stomach. As you exhale, pronounce the sound "sh-sh-sh" or "s-s-s". Also practice slow walking with controlled breathing. Each inhalation or exhalation should be exactly two steps long. Gradually change the expiration time towards lengthening, without changing the inspiration time. Ideally, over time, your exhalation can stretch to eight or ten steps. To develop your voice and make it deeper, try regular vowel exercises. To do this, you need to stand up straight, put your feet shoulder-width apart, and close your hands over your head in the lock. Inhale deeply through your nose while bending back slightly. Then exhale slowly, leaning forward. Each time in the process of exhaling, pronounce one of the vowel sounds: "a", "e", "o", "and", "u". The duration of the exhalation should be increased to 7-8 seconds. By doing these exercises regularly, you will be able to master the correct breathing technique and make your voice deeper, less tense, extremely strong and beautiful.
