Natalia Vladimirovna Nekrasova, known under the pseudonym Illet, is a science fiction writer, translator, well-known author-performer of role-playing songs and just an extraordinary person. Her surname and recognizable voice are well known to fans of Tolkien and RPG fans.
Biography
Natalia was born on July 18, 1961, in Nizhny Novgorod. The family lived in Moscow, but to make it easier to endure the birth and get support, my mother went to her parents, where she lived with her newborn baby for 4 months. And then she returned to the capital.
Natalia received her school education in Moscow, and from the age of fifteen every summer she went to her grandmother in Nizhny, where she forever fell in love with rivers, forests, animals, picking mushrooms and fishing. At home, I was fond of everything in a row - from fencing to needlework and, of course, I read a lot.
After graduating from school, Nekrasova entered Moscow State University, where she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry, defended her thesis and went to translators, to cooperate with the well-known publishing house "Eksmo". Throughout her childhood and adolescence, Natalia invented different stories and told them to friends and family, but did not think that this would become her fate.
Creative career
Natalia came to the role-playing movement, like many, through Tolkien. It happened in 1993, when she took part in her first game at the Mikhailovsky training ground in Yekaterinburg. The woman invented a melodious pseudonym for herself, and then, inspired by The Lord of the Rings, she began to fantasize as usual.
So her works and songs were born - the continuation and variation of the adventures of Tolkien's heroes. Songs began to be born already in 1992. In 1995 and 2000, two books were published, co-authored with Natalya Vasilyeva (Nienna in the role movement): "The Black Book of Arda" and the sequel - "Confession of the Guardian".
After 2000, Illett published three books of her own composition, and in 2008 she wrote "The Quiet Time of the City" together with Ekaterina Kinn. For this novel, the writers received the Two Hearts award. At the same time Natalia was engaged in translations from English of some fantasy novels.
Also, by 2007, five music albums were released with Illet's songs: "Conjugation of the Spheres", "Wolf Sun", "Lower Mythology", "Mediterranean Album" and "The Wind of the Heavens". Natalia Vladimirovna is a real celebrity in the role-playing movement, her clear voice, accurate lyrics and pleasant melodies are familiar to every self-respecting “role player”.
Personal life
Little is known about Illet's private life. As she herself says, she was interviewed a lot and often, but as a result, only two conversations, devoted exclusively to her singing work, were “on the air”. Natalia was married and has an adult daughter. Unfortunately, parents and grandparents are no longer alive. Illet adheres to Orthodox traditions, loves cats and classical music, enjoys preparing delicious dishes, and in 2019 actively participates in the development of a new role-playing game "The First Legend".
