Instructions

Step 1

Distribute the roles of the characters in the fable among the guests who are ready to participate in the performance. Distribute text to all participants in advance with the words of the characters (handwritten or printed). Everyone will have to memorize these words in order to read them without hesitation.

Step 2

At the preparation stage, analyze the meaning of each phrase, each sentence in the fable. Also, place pauses in advance, which should be in any piece. Practice the pronunciation of the words used in the speech of the characters, place the stress in the text. Also, remember that the fable is told in an instructive tone.

Step 3

To emphasize the mood of the characters, their emotional state or character, use different intonation, tempo and rhythm of pronouncing words. Reading should be expressive.

Step 4

As a rule, at the end of the fable, one or two verses are given, which are the main idea of the entire work, morality. When reading the fable, focus the listeners' attention on these lines, say the final phrase slowly and clearly in order to convey to people the meaning of the whole work.

Step 5

Prepare illustrations for the fables to make the performance even more interesting. Find pictures on the Internet, print them out and glue them to the posters to be displayed in the reading area.
