Many children like the puzzle game, and adults sometimes do not mind doing it at their leisure. Collecting jigsaw puzzles is very useful for both hand motor skills and the development of spatial thinking. Today on sale you can find puzzles of any complexity, and if the drawing contains many small details, the child will not be able to cope with them without your help.

Instructions
Step 1
It is most convenient to collect puzzles on a flat surface, free of foreign objects. If you (or your child) are new to this game, take a mosaic of no more than 500 pieces (this is the recommended number at the initial stage).
Step 2
When buying puzzles for a child, give preference to pictures consisting of large, clear details, and it is desirable that there are as few of them as possible. Find a small piece of plywood or hard, smooth cardboard: it will be much easier for the baby to assemble the picture on it.
Step 3
Before you start connecting the parts, put all the puzzles from the package in a box or vase. So it will be more convenient to take them and nothing will crumble. From the whole variety of puzzles, select the elements that, according to the picture, are located along the edge of all four sides (as a result, you should get a kind of "frame").
Step 4
Carry out further collection of the picture based on the compatibility of the image on the fragments. For example, if you have a picture of a house with a tree, first collect the sky and the roof of the house, moving from top to bottom, and then start collecting the "foundation" of this picture. If you find it easier to assemble from the bottom up, start at the bottom, and then "finish building" other elements. Regardless of the direction in which you collect the picture, "fill in" first its corners, then the sides.
Step 5
So, the picture is almost complete. There are only a few "holes" left and, accordingly, a few fragments of the mosaic. Most often, puzzles that depict a transition of colors remain unused. Take a close look at them and apply each piece to the chosen place in turn. Do the same with the rest of the puzzle pieces. If the color match is deceiving you, make sure that this part fits where you put it.
Step 6
When the picture is assembled, do not rush to disassemble it. If you were a student yourself, take a photo of your achievement. If you taught your child to assemble a picture from puzzles, let him admire your work, then carefully fold the mosaic into a box and hurry up for new puzzles of a little more difficulty.
