Step 1
You need to decide on the color scheme of colored glass mosaic, draw a mosaic scheme. It is not necessary to outline the outline of the pieces of glass in the mosaic, it is very difficult to chop the glass with pieces of the right size and shape (you need to study this for a long time).
Step 2
A small piece must be cut off from large plates of colored glass. It is this piece that will need to be split into small pieces.
Step 3
It is necessary to chop the glass into small pieces with special tongs. The glass must be chopped in strong gloves, it is better to put it in a bag so that small fragments do not scatter around the room.
Step 4
After the glass has been chopped, you need to choose the pieces that are most suitable in shape and size for a particular section of the mosaic. Lay out a sample from them and only after that stick the pieces of glass on the surface.
Step 5
You can decorate a simple glass vase with chopped mosaics. You will get a beautiful candlestick. You can glue pieces of glass to a glass vase with any universal glue (the main thing is that the glass is glued). The glue must be transparent.
Step 6
The distance between the glasses is filled with a two-component tile grout. If the mosaic was glued to glass, the distance between the pieces of colored glass can simply be painted over with acrylic paint.
