Political career
Andrey Vorobyov was born on August 14, 1970. His father, Yuri Leonidovich Vorobyov, was one of those who stood at the origins of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Yuri Vorobyov was the closest associate of Sergei Shoigu, received the title of Hero of Russia and since 2008 has been the deputy chairman of the Federation Council.

Andrey Vorobyov has a younger brother - Maxim Yuryevich Vorobyov, who currently holds the position of chairman of the board of directors of the Russian Sea company.
Andrey Vorobyov has two children. The official wife of the politician died. After the death of his wife, Vorobyov lives with another woman. Their relationship is not registered. Together they are raising four children.
