Organizational skills are often vital for everyone. Every day, people rotate in a team: school, work, even family, and the ability to organize this team will allow you to achieve your goals. How do you develop these qualities in yourself: the ability to unite, convince, and ultimately, organize? Such skills undoubtedly come with experience. There is no optimal curriculum about which one could say: "Yes, after completing it, you will become an excellent organizer!" This will come with time, but the process of gaining experience, of course, can be accelerated.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to make sure that in the team that you are going to organize, whether they are classmates or work colleagues, you are respected and trusted. Relationships in any company are best built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect; in the absence of trust, it leads to the disintegration of the team and disruption of its work.
Step 2
It's no secret that the general mood of the team is set by the mood of each of its members. You will need to learn how to extinguish any disagreements that arise, regardless of the reason. How? It already depends on people, on their character and preferences. Helping two people find common ground is not an easy task, but you, as a future leader and organizer, should try to do it. If you cannot reconcile people, divide your team into groups and place the disputants in different ones.
Step 3
The organizer's task is to bring people together. It is best to do this with a common idea, goal, perspective. As you make your goal a reality, find something different for each team member. When communicating with your team, you need to try to find out the opinion of each person, his passions, hobbies, priorities, life goals. Knowing this will make it much easier to distribute responsibilities within the group. For example, there are people who are more inclined to be creative. It is possible to force such a person to do routine work, but it does not make sense, since he will not give his best. It is much better and more productive to allow him to reveal his imagination and use it for the good of the common cause. At the same time, in your team there will certainly be a person, or even several, who love monotonous and routine work. In creativity, they will show themselves badly, therefore it makes no sense to give them such work.
Step 4
Sometimes it happens that it is simply not possible to take into account the personal qualities and preferences of each person. Then you need to assign the performance of any duties to a person who, in your opinion, is quite capable of handling them. Unfortunately, in this case, it is quite possible that the “appointed” person is dissatisfied. It will take your ability to persuade and interest. It will be necessary to convey to the person that the fulfillment of this duty is very important both for the team as a whole and for him. After all, after successful completion, he will be able to receive a reward.
Step 5
In this way, over time, you will be able to develop your organizational skills, which will greatly help you both at work and in everyday life.
