Throwing another bag of garbage into a container, no one even thinks that a part of a beautiful super-fashionable suit has just gone to the landfill. How great it is sometimes to discover new opportunities in the usual routine!

Instructions
Step 1
First option. Take 5 trash bags without handles. Pick the brightest color. Fold them like a nesting doll one in one and cut off the bottom of all packages at the same time. Try not to run over the slippery film. You now have a five-layer pipe. The skirt will look interesting if you make a matryoshka doll from packages of 5 different colors.
Step 2
Measure 15 cm from the top of the future skirt, draw with chalk and cut the bags to this line with strips 3-5 cm wide. You will get a chic fringe on five bags at the same time.
Step 3
Gently lower the top bag 5 cm down along the entire stack and secure it with narrow tape in several places. Next, do the same procedure with the two top bags, then with three. After securing the fourth bag with tape, turn the skirt out.
Step 4
Tighten the belt. Take a regular elastic band and cut it to the desired length, equal to the circumference of your waist. Sew the ends of the elastic, attach it to the edge of the skirt, twist into the edge of the film on the wrong side and secure with tape. Try on the resulting masterpiece and adjust the length by cutting the fringe along the bottom of the skirt with scissors.
Step 5
Second option. Take a lot of bags and cut them into a spiral into long strips 3-4 cm wide, tying the ends and winding them into balls. With a large crochet, tie a chain of improvised yarn equal in length to the circumference of the waist. Knit in a single column 4-5 cm.
Step 6
Adding three loops in each row, knit a 10 cm canvas with double columns or any other pattern you like. Then, adding one loop in each row, knit the skirt in a circle to the desired length. By the way, in this way you can knit a bag, a vase and much more.
Step 7
The third option. Take a cocktail tube, dip its end into the bag and secure very tightly with a rubber band. Inflate the bag through the straw, then pull it out. The elastic will squeeze the neck and you will have an impromptu balloon. Inflate 20 more of these balloons of different sizes.
Step 8
Sew a petticoat from any fabric that matches the color of the bags. Attach garbage balls to it in any way (with pins, stapler, thread): small on top, large on bottom. This skirt is perfect for any carnival.
Step 9
To go further, it is enough to bend the garbage bag across in half, skip the usual linen elastic along the fold inside. You will get a strapless T-shirt, which, together with a skirt of any version, will turn into an original dress.
